RapidTray® DPC membrane and cavity tray system has been designed for quick, hassle-free installation. The system features an integrated fixing strip for fast and precise application, along with pre-formed corners complete with high-strength sealing tape for an instant bond. This ensures a permanent, durable seal at all joints. The dry system is finished using specialist sealing tape for maximum protection.

RapidTray® has been fully tested for watertightness ensuring long-term protection from water ingress. As a part of the Obex through-wall system, it has also been included in our compatibility testing process, providing confidence and peace of mind for designers and installers.

Versatile efficiency

RapidTray is also a highly flexible and adaptable Class A2 DPC. It has been independently water-flow tested by the BBA and achieved Agrement certification by KIWA BDA, ensuring full protection for cavity barriers against moisture ingress, and rising damp.
