The Thessaly Road project began as a website enquiry, with the contractor initially purchasing OBEX Score’n’Snap Sheathing Board and OBEX 0200FR Class A2 membrane.

As the build progressed, they required a suitable Cavity Tray for a section of the building that featured a curved wall with very limited access, presenting a considerable installation challenge.

While the client initially considered our Class B DPC membrane, we introduced them to the new OBEX RapidTray Class A cavity tray system. They immediately recognised the installation advantages offered by this system, as well as the value of the higher fire classification.

Despite the complexity of the wall geometry and site access restrictions, RapidTray met the challenge perfectly, providing the customer with an efficient, compliant solution.
