The Royal Quay development in Liverpool consists of 200 apartments overlooking the prestigious Albert Dock area.

Completed in 2003, the buildings required an extensive façade remediation programme, which Clear Line were commissioned to carry out.

As part of the programme, the full OBEX CORTEX Class A membrane systems were specified, including the Class A Breather Membrane and the Class A Interface Sealing Membrane.
