Terms & Conditions – Spot the RapidTray Vehicle

1. Promoter

The promoter is Obex Protection (“Obex”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on DATE and closes on DATE.
• Obex reserves the right to end or pause the competition at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must take a photograph of one of the official Obex RapidTray‑wrapped vehicles while it is on display or in public view.
• Entry details (e.g. submission method, social media channel, hashtag, or email address) will be communicated via Obex Protection’s official marketing channels.
• Multiple entries are permitted, but each photo must be original.

5. Safety & Responsible Behaviour

• Participants must comply with the Highway Code and all applicable road traffic laws at all times.
• Photos must not be taken while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that could endanger the participant or others.
• Obex Protection accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions taken by participants that breach road traffic laws, local laws, or public safety guidance.

6. Prizes

• There will be three prizes awarded:
  • 1st Prize
  • 2nd Prize
  • 3rd Prize
• Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Obex reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on the quality, creativity, and overall appeal of the submitted photos.
• The judging decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the method used to enter or via Obex Protection’s official channels.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Obex reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• By entering, participants grant Obex Protection a royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the submitted images for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Participants confirm that the images are their own work and do not infringe any third‑party rights.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Obex Protection’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
• Data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and related communications.

11. Liability

• Obex Protection will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. General

• Obex Protection reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or disqualify any entry that breaches them.
• The competition is governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
