RapidTray Internal Pre-Formed Corners
OBEX CORTEX 0243FR RapidTray Internal Pre-Formed Corners are factory-made from the 0240FR RapidTray DPC Membrane. Designed for cavity widths from 50mm to 1000mm in 50mm increments (e.g., 50–100mm, 100–150mm), each unit features a 50mm vertical fixing flange, a 150mm vertical rise across the cavity, and 150mm extension past the apex of the corner.
The corners are surface-fixed to the inner leaf using pre-applied double-sided tape on the rear of the fixing flange, with a 100mm overlap flange also pre-taped to ensure fast and efficient installation. The 0241FR RapidTray Cavity Tray System runs over the 0242FR corner as per the installation guidelines.
An ’XL’ version is also provided with a 600mm flange extension past the apex of the corner (available up to a maximum cavity width of 1300mm). Custom corner sizes and configurations are available, please direct any requests to the sales team.
