OBEX CORTEX 0290FR Self-Drilling Board Screws are used to fix and secure the CORTEX 0270 Class A1 Cement Board to the framing structure. The fixings are made from carbon steel with an exterior-grade coating for superior corrosion resistance in damp and corrosive environments.
The fixings were used as part of the EN 1364-1 fire resistance test, along with the CORTEX 0270 Board and CORTEX 0280 Board Sealant to achieve a 60 min & 120 min fire rating.
