As one of the first installations of RapidTray, the Premier Inn project in Bedford set a strong benchmark for the capabilities and performance of this new system. OBEX supported the contractor directly on-site, installing the new cavity tray system on the ground floor and providing hands-on training to the installation team.

The response from the site team was overwhelmingly positive. They were particularly impressed with the speed and ease of installation, and very much appreciated the quality of technical support provided throughout the process.

They mentioned that when compared with other systems, OBEX’s commitment to providing hands-on support and guidance stood out, ensuring the system was installed correctly and in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

Following the initial training and installation support, no further site visits were required, demonstrating the simplicity and reliability of the RapidTray system.
